My phone just interpreted “scales” as “scary”
Late May: family reunion Early June: brother in laws birthday blow out Early June: the do life crew are doing a 5k in DC, I would love to join them… 4th of July: my friends annual pool party Mid August: a wedding in A CASTLE IN SCOTLAND. Mid October: cousins wedding in NYC.
So many events I want to look my best for…
First night with the personal trainer tonight- holy crap. He didnt push me that hard really, but I am really out of shape. This past month has been horrible, health-wise, but I have finally moved into my own place and am getting into routines again.
I weigh 186 lbs and have a body fat percentage of 31%! I signed up for twice weekly training sessions, as argued before I would spend 5,000 of the money I made in Afghanistan to be in terrific shape tomorrow. Unfortunately that is not possible, instead I will spend about 3k over the course of the year on someone to motivate my ass. I will put in the work required and commit to being good to myself.
